Margaret (Beach) Steele

             Margaret (Beach) Steele, 63, of Lyons, Illionis, formerly of Moores Hill, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021. Margaret was born on Thursday, November 7, 1957 in Lawrenceburg to Marion “Oliver” and Shirley (Napier) Beach. Margaret spent many years working in the office at Batesville Casket Company. Most recently, she was employed at Ray Graham Association. Margaret enjoyed crafts, shopping, and decorating. She enjoyed time with her tight knit family on their farm in Moores Hill for many years. Margaret was also a member of the ABATE (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) Motorcycle Club and Lions Club International

             Margaret will be dearly missed by her fiancé, Nicholas Savas, of Lyons, Illionis; son Jack Steele (Melissa) of Milan; daughter Ashley Steele-Schumann (Wade) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; mother Shirley Beach of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; brothers Marion Beach of Milan and Stevie Napier (Jo Jo) of Florence, Kentucky; sisters Mary McCreary (Kevin) of Milan, Vonda Beach of Dry Ridge, Evelyn Lowe (David) of Dry Ridge, and Christine Shepperd (Paul) of Dry Ridge; 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Margaret is preceded in death by her father, sister Barbara Smith, brother Donald Beach, stepbrother Billy Brown, and Schumann twin grandbabies.

           Family and friends are invited to share and remember Margaret on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 9 AM to 11 AM at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home. A service will follow immediately after at 11 AM with Pastor Tom Holt officiating. Memorials may be given in honor of Margaret to ABATE of Illinois.
